将组织技术作为中介变量,环境不确定性作为调节变量,研究了IT能力与竞争优势的关系。采用回归分析和结构方程模型方法对所提假设进行实证检验,样本来自于珠三角制造业企业381位中高层管理者。结果表明,IT能力直接影响竞争优势,其中IT基础资源和IT体系惯例对竞争优势影响显著,而IT关系资源没有影响;IT能力还通过组织技术的中介效应间接地正向影响竞争优势;环境不确定性的调节效应不显著,但对组织技术有驱动作用。
Tissue technology as an intermediary variable, environmental uncertainty as a regulatory variable, the study of the relationship between IT capabilities and competitive advantage. Empirical tests were carried out on the hypotheses using regression analysis and structural equation modeling. The sample came from 381 middle and top management of manufacturing enterprises in PRD. The results show that IT capability has a direct impact on competitive advantage. Among them, IT basic resources and IT system practice have a significant impact on competitive advantage, while IT relational resources have no effect. IT capability also positively influences competitive advantage indirectly through the intermediary effect of organizational technology. Deterministic regulatory effect is insignificant but has a driving effect on tissue technology.
