创新是一个民族、一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,教育则是培育创新精神和培养创新型人才的重要手段。国务院副总理刘延东在全国职业教育工作会议的讲话中指出:“职业教育要创新培养模式,深化产教融合、校企合作,培养更多适应经济社会需要的技术技能人才”。新形势下,研究和探索高职院校创新型技术技能人才的培养模式、构建有效的创新教育工作体系,既是提升学生职业发展能力和技术革新能力的关键,也是高职教育教学改革的重点和难点。
Innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a nation and a country. Education is an important means of nurturing innovative spirit and cultivating innovative talents. In his speech at the National Conference on Vocational Education, State Council Vice-Premier Liu Yandong pointed out in his speech at the National Vocational Education Conference: “Vocational education needs to innovate and cultivate modes, deepen the integration of industry and education, and collaborate with schools and enterprises so as to foster more skilled personnel capable of adapting to economic and social needs.” Under the new situation, it is not only the key to researching and exploring the training mode of innovative technical and skill talents in higher vocational colleges and building an effective innovation education system, which is not only the key to enhancing students’ ability of career development and technological innovation, but also the reform of higher vocational education and teaching difficulty.
