银杏叶提取物注射液联合神经节苷脂治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效观察

目的探索银杏叶提取物注射液联合神经节苷脂治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法选取2013年9月—2014年12月滨州医学院烟台附属医院收治的缺血性脑血管病患者98例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各49例。对照组患者静脉滴注单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液,60 mg加入250 m L生理盐水中,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上静脉滴注银杏叶提取物注射液,20 m L加入500 m L生理盐水中,1次/d。两组患者均连续治疗14 d。治疗后,观察两组的临床疗效,同时比较两组患者血液流变学指标、NIHSS评分和Barthel指数的变化。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为75.51%、89.80%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、NIHSS评分均较治疗前显著降低,Barthel指数升高,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后,治疗组这些血液流变学指标的改善程度优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物注射液联合神经节苷脂治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效显著,可促进神经功能修复,提高患者生活质量,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with ganglioside in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods From September 2013 to December 2014, 98 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 49 cases in each group. Control group patients intravenous infusion of monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium injection, 60 mg added 250 m L normal saline, 1 / d. The treatment group was injected intravenously with Ginkgo biloba extract injection on the basis of the control group, and added to 500 m L normal saline at 20 m L / d. Two groups of patients were treated for 14 days. After treatment, the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. The changes of hemorheology index, NIHSS score and Barthel index were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 75.51% and 89.80%, respectively. The total effective rate was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, hematocrit and NIHSS score in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, Barthel index increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) After treatment, the hemorrheological indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with ganglioside treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease significant effect, can promote neurological function and improve the quality of life of patients with a certain clinical application value.
