我们甘肃有色地质勘查局三队是从事地质勘查工作的。在计划经济体制时期,地质行业属国家高度集中计划管理的行业,地质队员的待遇相对优厚,思想相对稳定。随着市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善,地质队从计划体制下以完成国家任务为主的纯事业型单位转变为以市场为导向、以经济效益为中心的企业型单位,人员分流,机构精简,地质队员从领钱花转变为挣钱花,职工的收入相对减少,人们的思想发生了巨变。再加上野外分队建制取消,人员编制锐减,每个工作区(点)都是三四个人,党员人数更少,
