作为一项沟蚀治理的新技术,石柳谷坊结合了工程措施和生物措施的优点,集绿色和生态于一身,在治理沟道水土流失、提高侵蚀基准面、防治沟底下切等方面起到了积极的作用。石柳谷坊修筑技术简单、造价低廉、方便就地取材,适合在辽宁省东部山区各大沟道修筑,在广大低山丘陵等适宜地区的水蚀沟治理中具有很好的推广与应用价值。
