和平与发展是当今时代的主题,但影响世界和平与发展的因素在增加,传统和非传统安全威胁相互交织,跨国犯罪日趋突出,一些地区动荡不安。不同国度、不同民族的人们在思索着同一课题:谁在威胁人类的安全?如何营造和谐的家园?
Peace and development are the themes of the current era. However, the factors that affect world peace and development are increasing. Traditional and non-traditional security threats are intertwined. Cross-border crimes are increasingly prominent and some regions are in turmoil. People from different countries and different nationalities are thinking about the same topic: Who is threatening human security? How to create a harmonious home?
