专业课程内容和体系构建必须顺应人才市场需求的变化,本文通过对水利水电类人才需求趋势的分析,探讨了水利水电专业本科人才培养方案的改革方向,构建了新的专业核心课程《水利水电工程管理》的知识体系和教学内容,对招投标与合同管理、现代化信息管理、工程造价与工程概预算、工程项目管理等课程进行统整,建设了与水工建筑物、水利工程施工、水电站主干课程并行的专业课程,在全国水利水电高校教学中独具特色,达到培养水利水电领域“三创”人才的目的。
The content and system construction of professional courses must conform to the changes of the demand of talent market. Based on the analysis of demand trends of water conservancy and hydropower talents, this paper discusses the reform direction of undergraduate talents training programs of water conservancy and hydropower and constructs a new professional core course “Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Management ”of the knowledge system and teaching content, the bidding and contract management, modern information management, project cost and project budget, project management and other courses to reorganize, and the construction of hydraulic structures, water conservancy construction, the backbone of hydropower Curriculum parallel professional courses, teaching in the national water conservancy and hydropower colleges unique, to cultivate the field of water conservancy and hydropower “three create” talent purposes.
