本文介绍了国产船用低速柴油机泵体材料的研制过程。通过合理选择工艺路线和工艺参数,使国产高纯钢泵体的各项检查项目及力学性能达到了苏尔寿专利标准,满足了造机厂提高大型柴油机国产化程度的要求。
This article describes the development of domestic low-speed marine diesel pump body material development process. By reasonably selecting process route and process parameters, the inspection items and mechanical properties of domestic high-purity steel pump body meet the Sulzer patent standards, which meets the requirements of the foundry to improve the localization of large diesel engines.
