恶性肿瘤合并急性白血病,国内外文献只有少数个案报告,我院自1977年10月开院至今遇到4例,均经病理与骨髓细胞学两者证实为恶性肿瘤合并急性白血病,兹报告如下,结合文献复习加以讨论。 例1,男,58岁,下唇左侧有一蚕豆大小肿块8个月,于1980年12月20日入院。体查:肿块表面溃疡呈菜花样,流黄水,出血,颌下淋巴结肿大2×2.5
