根据黑龙江省短期气候预测研讨结果 ,利用各种年景分析模式 ,对 2 0 0 2年黑龙江省农业生产活动季节的天气气候特点、可能出现的农业气候灾害及农业气象年景预测等进行分析 ,并提出 2 0 0 2年安排农业生产时应注意的问题
According to the results of the short-term climate prediction study in Heilongjiang Province, we analyzed the weather and climate characteristics of the agricultural production season in Heilongjiang Province in 2002, the possible agricultural climate disasters and the prediction of agricultural meteorological years by using various annual analysis models. And put forward some problems that should be paid attention to when arranging agricultural production in 2002
