环境压力对瓦斯爆炸特性有明显影响。针对处于高压环境的瓦斯气体爆炸特性,运用流场模拟软件对瓦斯爆炸过程进行数值模拟,对爆炸过程中的压力场、温度场和速度场进行分析。数值模拟结果表明:当环境压力为2.0 MPa范围内时,最大爆炸压力随着环境压力的升高成倍增加;随着初始环境压力的增大,各测点火焰的到达时间相应变短,爆炸温度也同比升高;初期燃烧过程受环境压力影响明显,在前20 ms内,燃烧速度随环境压力的升高先下降后上升,而终态燃烧速度基本一致。
Environmental pressure has obvious influence on gas explosion characteristics. In view of the explosion characteristics of gas in high pressure environment, numerical simulation of gas explosion process is carried out by using flow field simulation software to analyze the pressure field, temperature field and velocity field in the explosion process. The numerical simulation results show that the maximum explosion pressure doubled with the increase of ambient pressure when the ambient pressure was 2.0 MPa. With the increase of initial ambient pressure, the arrival time of each flame at each measurement point became shorter and the explosion time The temperature also increased year by year. The initial combustion process was significantly affected by environmental pressure. In the first 20 ms, the combustion rate first decreased and then increased with the increase of ambient pressure, while the final combustion rate was basically the same.
