时光飞逝,斗转星移。奠基于1994年的上海中纺科技城走过了她艰辛、稳健、辉煌的十年历程。中纺科技城是全国唯一一家以纺织产业为特色的国家级高新技术开发区,位于上海市西南的青浦区.处于上海、江苏、浙江交界处,是上海通往江苏、浙江的必由之路。十年来,中纺科技城坚持“突出行业特色,一业为主,一主多业”的指导思想,在科技成果转化与高新技术企业培育,服务配套系统建设等方面取得显著成绩。截止目前,中纺科技城2.13平方公里区域范围内,拥有外资企业22家,民营企业481家,其中世界500强企业3家,上海市高新技术企业5家,吸引外资7亿美元,吸引内资近10亿元人民币,其中已投产的工业用地500亩。2004年实现产值28亿元,税收2亿元,平均每亩产出达560万元,平均每亩实现税收40万元,在同行业中遥遥领先,成为拉动地方经济增长的主要力
Time flies, bucket to star. Founded in 1994 in Shanghai Textile Technology City, she walked through the difficult, steady and brilliant ten-year history. China Textile Technology City is the only state-level high-tech development zone featuring the textile industry in Qingpu District, southwest of Shanghai, and is at the junction of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang and the only way for Shanghai to reach Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Over the past ten years, China Textile Technology City has adhered to the guiding ideology of “highlighting the characteristics of the industry, focusing on one industry and one business based on multiple industries”, and achieved remarkable results in transforming scientific and technological achievements and cultivating high-tech enterprises and supporting service systems. Up till now, there are 22 foreign-funded enterprises and 481 private-owned enterprises within the 2.13 square kilometer area of China Textile Technology City, including 3 of the world’s top 500 enterprises and 5 high-tech enterprises in Shanghai, attracting 700 million U.S. dollars of foreign investment and attracting domestic investment One billion yuan, of which 500 acres have been put into operation of industrial land. In 2004, the output value reached 2.8 billion yuan and the tax revenue was 200 million yuan. The average output per mu reached 5.6 million yuan, and the average tax revenue per mu was 400,000 yuan, far ahead in the industry and a major force driving the local economic growth
