采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列钙钛矿复合氧化物La0.8M0.2Fe1-xCuxO3(M为Sr、Ba和Ce).催化性能测定结果发现,800℃焙烧所制得的La0.8Ce0.2Fe0.7Cu0.3O3具有良好的三效催化性能,在该催化剂上C3H6、CO和NO的起燃温度较低,分别为225℃、200℃和280℃,并且在温度达到325℃之前都能得到完全转化.扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射测试分析表明,La0.8Ce0.2Fe0.7Cu0.3O3具有良好的钙钛矿型晶体结构,晶粒为纳米级,团聚不严重,这可能是其三效催化性能良好的主要因素.
A series of perovskite oxides La0.8M0.2Fe1-xCuxO3 (M is Sr, Ba and Ce) were prepared by sol-gel method. The catalytic properties of La0.8M0.2Fe1-xCuxO3 were investigated. 2Fe0.7Cu0.3O3 has a good three-way catalytic performance, and C3H6, CO and NO have a lower light-off temperature of 225 ℃, 200 ℃ and 280 ℃, respectively, before the temperature reaches 325 ℃ Complete conversion.The results of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis show that La0.8Ce0.2Fe0.7Cu0.3O3 has a good perovskite crystal structure with nanoscale grains and less agglomeration, which may be due to its three-way catalysis The main factor of good performance.
