宛政[2016]4号各县(区)人民政府,城乡一体化示范区、高新区、鸭河工区、官庄工区管委会,市人民政府各部门:为进一步深化我市教育体制改革,加快推进民办教育发展,根据《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》、《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法实施条例》(国务院令第399号)、《河南省人民政府关于加快推进民办教育发展的意见》豫政[2015]76号)以及国家、省有关文件精神,结合我市实际,制定本意见,请认真贯彻落实:
Wanzheng [2016] No. 4 People’s governments of all counties (districts), urban and rural integrated demonstration zones, hi-tech zones, Duhe River work area, Guanzhuang work area management committee and municipal people’s government departments: To further deepen the reform of the educational system in our city, Accelerate the development of private education, according to “People’s Republic of China Private Education Promotion Law,” “People’s Republic of China Private Education Promotion Law Enforcement Regulations” (State Council Decree No. 399), “Henan Provincial People’s Government on accelerating the development of private education opinions” Yu Zheng [2015] No. 76) and the spirit of the relevant documents of the state and the province, formulate this opinion in the light of the reality of our city, and earnestly implement it:
