目的:建立同时测定不同产地灰毡毛忍冬中绿原酸与木犀草苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱分析;Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长:绿原酸327 nm,木犀草苷350 nm。结果:23个不同产地灰毡毛忍冬中绿原酸含量介于0.0368%~7.2956%,木犀草苷含量介于0.0187%~0.0962%。结论:本方法同时测定两种有效成分,简便、准确、重复性好,适合于灰毡毛忍冬的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in Lonicera macranthoides from different habitats. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The gradient of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid was eluted at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / 327 nm, luteolin 350 nm. Results: The contents of chlorogenic acid in Honeysuckle from 23 different areas ranged from 0.0368% to 7.2956%, and the contents of luteolin from 0.0187% to 0.0962%. Conclusion: The method of simultaneous determination of two active ingredients, simple, accurate, reproducible, suitable for the quality control of Lonicera macranthoides.
