1992年10月,一座新的艺术博物馆在马德里正式向公众开放,引得西班牙及邻国的艺术爱好者蜂拥而至,除星期一闭馆之外,每天门外的长龙不断,参观者宁肯鹄立久等,也要一睹为快。笔者于11月末前去参观,正赶上门庭若市的盛况,幸有“后门”,得免排队的灾难,又有馆长胡利安·莱翁(Ju-lian Leon)盛情作陪,非但大饱眼福,而且了解到不少情况,还得上下两大厚册精美展目的馈赠。这便是十分值得介绍的“蒂森-博恩米扎博物馆”(ElMuseo Thyssen—Bornemisza)。 该馆的命名,为其展品为德国钢铁世家蒂森—博恩米扎男爵父子的私人收藏。父名海因里希(Heinrich,1871—1947),雅好艺术,且有很高的鉴赏力。他致力于搜罗从早期文艺复兴至19世纪之间
