为了适应中药饮片集中加工炮制工厂化生产的新形势,凤翔县中药饮片加工厂经过十几年的探索,终于研制成了“密闭式煅炉”。目前已在宝鸡市各县中药饮片加工厂推广使用。投产以来,使用性能良好,产量不断提高。现将“密闭式煅炉”介绍于下。一、结构为钢材、耐火砖和土坯结构,成截锥体形。由炉心、炉齿、炉底、炉壁、进风口、清渣口、出料口、排气孔、密闭盖、抽烟筒组成(图1～5)。
In order to adapt to the new situation of the centralized production and processing of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, Fengxiang County’s traditional Chinese medicine decoction processing plant has been developed into a “closed-type calcining furnace” after more than 10 years of exploration. At present, it has been promoted in the Herbal Medicine Processing Factory in counties of Baoji City. Since it was put into operation, its use performance has been good and its output has been continuously improved. The “closed calciner” is now introduced. First, the structure of steel, refractory bricks and adobe structure, into a truncated cone. From the heart, furnace tooth, hearth, furnace wall, air inlet, slag clearance, discharge port, exhaust hole, closed cover, smoking tube (Figure 1 ~ 5).
