复方中药制剂强痛宁中高乌甲素的含量测定

用薄层扫描色谱法测定了复方中药胶囊剂中高乌甲素的含量，方法回收率为101．5±1．51％，最低检测限为0．18μg，在0．97～9．7μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。

The content of Lappaconitine in the compound Chinese medicine capsules was determined by TLC-scanning method. The recovery rate of the method was 101.5±1.51%, and the limit of detection was 0.18 μg in the range of 0.97 to 9.7 μg. A good linear relationship.
