企业专利运营属于专利战略的重要内容。从战略高度规划和实施专利运营,实施专利运营战略,是提高企业专利能力和经济效益的重要方式。专利自行实施、许可(包括交叉许可)、转让、引进与收买、专利联盟等都是实施专利运营战略的重要形式。企业各类专利运营战略的实施,均需要具备一定的条件。为促进我国企业专利运营,组建和运行专利运营公司也是值得探讨的问题。
Enterprise patent operation is an important part of the patent strategy. Planning and implementing the patent operation from a strategic height and implementing the patent operation strategy are important ways to improve the patentability and economic benefits of enterprises. Patent implementation, licensing (including cross-licensing), transfer, introduction and purchase, and patent alliance are all important forms of implementing a patent operation strategy. Enterprises operating various types of patent strategy, all need to have certain conditions. In order to promote the patent operation of Chinese enterprises, setting up and running the patent operating company is also worth discussing.
