钱塘房产吞并“东方海外”,坤和房产投资午潮山国家森林公园旅游,金成房产开始进军教育、旅游、高科技和汽配市场,都是当下杭州地产界的新动向。这些本土房产商们似乎不约而同地从老本行中分出一杯羹,开发新的投资领域,选择了“出走”。联想起早几年杭州开发商因为地价越来越高,无奈走出杭州,异地开发,令人不禁发问:此次杭州开发商们,又是因为哪门子原因,再次“出走”呢?
