为了解患渗出性皮炎仔猪中猪葡萄球菌内表皮脱落素的流行情况,采集2个猪场(A场和B场)29头患病猪的痂皮、痂皮下渗出液共48份,进行了猪葡萄球菌的分离鉴定及其脱落素基因的检测。结果显示,48份样品中共分离到29株含脱落素基因的葡萄球菌,经生化鉴定和Gap基因测序分析,表明所有菌株均属于猪葡萄球菌。其中,A场和B场分离的猪葡萄球菌脱落素检出率分别为93.3%和64.3%;A场可检出Exh A、Exh C、Exh D和Shet A共4种脱落素基因,B场可检出Exh A、Exh D和Shet A共3种脱落素基因,但Shet A的检出率在2个猪场中均为最高且与其他3种脱落素大量共存,共存率在A场和B场分别为61.5%和70.0%。2个猪场中痂皮源葡萄球菌中脱落素检出率均高于皮下渗出液,脱落素与渗出性皮炎病具有较高的相关性,其检出率受到2个猪场不同的饲养环境和采样部位的影响,Shet A的高检出率与其他脱落素共存的情况,提示该毒素可能广泛参与了猪葡萄球菌的致病作用。
In order to understand the prevalence of endostar of Staphylococcus aureus in exudative dermatitis piglets, scabs and scab exudate of 29 diseased pigs were collected from 2 pig farms (field A and field B) Isolation and identification of Staphylococcus aureus and the detection of its gene of offspring. The results showed that a total of 29 isolates were isolated from 48 samples. Biochemical identification and Gap sequencing analysis showed that all the isolates belonged to Staphylococcus aureus. Among them, the detection rates of Staphylococcus aureus isolates from A field and B field were 93.3% and 64.3%, respectively. There were 4 genes of Exh A, Exh C, Exh D and Shet A in field A, Exh A, Exh D and Shet A were detected, but the detection rate of Shet A was the highest in the two pig farms and coexisted with the other three kinds of abscisicides. B field were 61.5% and 70.0% respectively. The detection rate of lumbofar was higher than that of subcutaneous exudate in two pig farms, and the correlation coefficient of lutein and exudative dermatitis was high. The detection rate was different between two pig farms Feeding environment and sampling site, the high detection rate of Shet A coexisted with other abscisicins, suggesting that the toxins may be widely involved in the pathogenic role of Staphylococcus aureus.
