目的:探讨整体素质培训模式在军队人员门诊护士培训中的实践运用。方法:根据军人门诊的护理特点及现状,制定培训计划,采取集中授课、一对一培训、每日总结以及每月质量分析等一系列方式,对军人门诊的18名护士进行为期一个月的规范化培训。结果:培训结束后护士各项考核成绩较前明显提高,护士的自我认同感明显增强,工作积极性、主动性明显提高。结论:实践表明整体培训能够提高护士的综合素质,达到了技术精湛,应变力强,巩固护理理论的目的,对诊区工作起到积极推动作用。
Objective: To explore the practical application of the overall quality training mode in the training of outpatient nurses in military personnel. Methods: Based on the characteristics and current situation of nursing service in military outpatient service, a training plan was drawn up, and a series of methods such as centralized teaching, one-on-one training, daily summary and monthly quality analysis were adopted to normalize 18 nurses in military outpatient service for one month Training. Results: After the training, the examination results of nurses were obviously improved compared with those before. The self-identity of nurses was obviously enhanced, and the work enthusiasm and initiative were obviously improved. Conclusion: Practice shows that overall training can improve the overall quality of nurses and achieve the purpose of superb technical skills, strong adaptability and consolidation of nursing theory, and plays an active role in promoting the work in the clinic.
