一、问题的提出淀粉与碘反应显蓝紫色的表述,在某化学教科书中不同的章节中前后出现两次。第一次出现在该教科书中第二章“卤素”第二节“卤族元素”对卤素单质的化学性质介绍中。对于碘化学性质在一则演示实验中给予的描述如下:【演示实验】在白色点滴板上滴入少量的淀粉溶液,再加入2滴碘试液,观察溶液的颜色变化。(1)可以看到溶液显示蓝色。碘与淀粉变蓝色,这是碘的一种特殊性质。
