用纯合的抗草甘膦种质系G-6与非抗草甘膦材料SY119杂交,将P1、P2、F1、F2、BC1、BC2这6个世代的材料在室内、室外做草甘膦抗性检测。结果显示:亲本G-6全部表现为抗,亲本SY119全部表现为不抗;杂交F1代均表现为抗,即抗对不抗为完全显性;在F2分离世代,抗性性状分离符合抗∶不抗=3∶1的理论比例;显性回交BC1全部表现为抗;隐性回交BC2群体抗与不抗之比符合1∶1的理论比例。以上结果表明,来自陆地棉G-6的抗草甘膦性状是受1对显性基因控制的质量性状。该性状在棉花育种中具有巨大的应用潜力。
Six generations of P1, P2, F1, F2, BC1 and BC2 were mated with glyphosate both indoors and outdoors with homozygous glyphosate resistant G-6 and non-glyphosate resistant SY119 Resistance testing. The results showed that all of the parental G-6 showed resistance, and all of the parents SY119 showed resistance. The hybrid F1 showed anti-resistance, that is, anti-resistance was completely dominant. In F2 segregation generation, Irrespective of the theoretical ratio of 3: 1; the dominant backcross BC1 all showed resistance; and the ratio of anti-backcross BC2 population to impulsive backcrossing conformed to the theoretical ratio of 1: 1. The above results show that the glyphosate-resistant trait from G-6 of Gossypium hirsutum is a quality trait controlled by one pair of dominant genes. This trait has great potential in cotton breeding.
