新加坡职业技术教育的发展是伴随新加坡产业经济的升级、转型而发展的。借鉴新加坡南洋理工学院(NYP)十多年的成功经验,以珠三角地区发展规划纲要为指引,在广东省产业升级和产业转型的导向下,从职业技术教育体系、组织结构、教育定位、教育内容、专业课程开发流程、教学质量控制、师资队伍建设和教学管理信息等方面阐述基于NYP经验启示的广东职业技术教育的八大变革措施。
The development of vocational and technical education in Singapore is accompanied by the upgrading and transformation of Singapore’s industrial economy. Drawing on the successful experience of Singapore’s Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) for more than a decade, guided by the Program for the Development of the Pearl River Delta Region, guided by the industrial upgrading and industrial restructuring in Guangdong Province, from the perspectives of the vocational and technical education system, organizational structure, educational orientation and education Content, professional curriculum development process, teaching quality control, teaching staff construction and teaching management information on aspects of NYP experience enlightenment of Guangdong’s eight major changes in vocational education.
