胰岛素联合六味地黄丸对老年早期糖尿病肾病患者血清Hcy、Cys-C水平的影响及临床疗效的研究

目的探讨胰岛素联合六味地黄丸对老年早期糖尿病肾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平及临床疗效的影响。方法收集沈阳市第七人民医院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者100例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例,对照组患者根据血糖情况给予胰岛素,1~2次/d,实验组患者在此基础上给予六味地黄丸,1丸/次,2次/d,口服。连续4周。治疗结束后,对患者糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、Hcy、Cys-C及临床疗效进行检测并比较。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者的Hb A1c、Hcy、Cys-C均下降(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者Hb A1c、Hcy、Cys-C水平较低(P<0.05),实验组患者治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素联合六味地黄丸能够降低老年早期糖尿病肾病患者血清Hb A1c、Hcy、Cys-C水平,临床疗效较好。 Objective To investigate the effects of insulin combined with Liuweidihuangwan on serum homocysteine ​​(Hcy), cystatin C (Cys-C) levels and clinical efficacy in elderly patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 100 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to Shenyang Seventh People’s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 50 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given insulin for 1 to 2 times / Patients on this basis to give Liu Wei Di Huang Wan, 1 pill / time, 2 times / d, orally. For 4 weeks. After the treatment, the patients’ Hb A1c, Hcy, Cys-C and clinical efficacy were tested and compared. Results Compared with those before treatment, Hb A1c, Hcy and Cys-C in both groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, Hb A1c, Hcy and Cys-C in the experimental group were lower (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of treatment group was higher (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of insulin and Liuweidihuangwan can reduce the levels of Hb A1c, Hcy and Cys-C in elderly patients with early diabetic nephropathy, and the clinical curative effect is good.
