骨烧伤常见于电烧伤及高温固体接触烧伤如热挤压伤等,由于皮肤、软组织缺损和外露骨坏死同时存在,致使其创面修复成为临床上的棘手问题。2003年3月至2009年3月,笔者采用坏死骨清除后行自体游离皮片移植或坏死骨清除加骨钻孔待肉芽组织形成后再行自体游离皮片移植治疗骨烧伤患者
Bone burns are common in electric burns and high-temperature solid-contact burns such as hot crush injuries. Due to the simultaneous presence of skin, soft tissue defects and exposed osteonecrosis, wound repair has become a clinically difficult problem. March 2003 to March 2009, the author used necrotic bone removal autologous free skin graft or necrotic bone removal plus bone drilling to be granulation tissue formation and then autologous free skin graft treatment of patients with bone burns
