采用高温X射线衍射技术对Ni3Al合金1703~1808K下的熔体结构进行了研究,获得了原始衍射强度、结构因子、平均最近邻原子间距离和配位数等结构信息。结果表明,Ni3Al合金在测定温度下的熔体结构基本没有发生改变,只是原子团簇尺寸上的增大或减小。熔体中除存在短程有序结构以外,还存在中程有序结构单元。通过固液X射线衍射曲线的对比分析,得到合金熔体中存在类γ-′Ni3Al和-βNiAl相两种有序原子团簇结构单元,固液结构之间存在密切的相关性。
The structure of the melt at 1703 ~ 1808K of Ni3Al alloy was studied by high temperature X-ray diffraction. The structural information of the original diffraction intensity, structure factor, average nearest neighbor distance and coordination number were obtained. The results show that the melt structure of Ni3Al alloy does not change at the measurement temperature, but the size of the atomic clusters increases or decreases. In addition to the presence of short-range ordered melt structure, there are also mid-range orderly structural unit. By solid-liquid X-ray diffraction curve comparative analysis, there are two types of ordered atomic clusters like γ-’Ni3Al and -βNiAl in the alloy melt, and the solid-liquid structures are closely related.
