沙颍河流域位于河南省中部,水资源量较为紧缺,沙颍河流域作为河南省经济总量最大、发展速度最快的地区,水资源供需矛盾尤为突出。文章结合沙颍河流域实际情况,应用层次分析法构建水量分配模型,进行水量分配计算,并与拟定成果对比分析。本次水量分配成果与拟定分水成果比较接近,为沙颍河流域水资源管理与决策提供技术支撑。
The Shaying River Basin is located in the central part of Henan Province, where water resources are scarce. As the largest and fastest-growing economy in Henan Province, the Shaying River basin is particularly contradicted by water supply and demand. Combined with the actual situation in Shayinghe River Basin, this paper constructs a model of water allocation using AHP to calculate water allocation and compares it with the proposed results. The result of this water allocation is close to that of the proposed watershed, providing technical support for water resources management and decision-making in the Shayinghe River Basin.
