本文分析了用于连续加热炉在线控制的总括热吸收率法数学模型存在的不足,提出了基于能量平衡的三元在线控制数学模型,在模型中采用了炉气黑度动态补偿以提高模拟精度。典型工况下模拟结果与实验结果的对比表明,该方法具有适用性广及可靠性高的优点。
This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the mathematical model of the total heat absorption method for on-line control of a continuous heating furnace, proposes a mathematical model of ternary online control based on energy balance, and adopts the dynamic black box compensation to improve the simulation accuracy . The comparison between simulation results and experimental results under typical conditions shows that this method has the advantages of wide applicability and high reliability.
