长期以来,中学学校班主任难安排的问题一直困扰着学校领导,多因为班主任工作终日琐事缠身,疲惫不堪。实在让人难以体会到某教育家所言及的班主任工作的幸福快乐。由此看来,暂且不说高大上的,至少是为了摆脱困境,我们班主任是该认真思考一下如何有效管理班级了。下面我从几个方面谈谈自已对这个问题的探索及粗浅认识。
For a long time, the problems that the headteachers of high school schools have been hard to arrange have plagued the school leaders and are often overwhelmed by the trifles of class teachers. It is hard to understand the happiness and joy of a class teacher mentioned by an educator. In view of this, for the time being not tall, at least in order to get out of the woods, our class teacher should seriously consider how to effectively manage the class. Here I talk about several aspects of their own exploration of this issue and superficial understanding.
