本文将收治的178例患有肥胖伴高脂血症的患者,随机分成二组,甲组101例,服用鱼油降脂丸治疗,乙组77例,服用月见草油丸治疗。一个月为一疗程,一疗程后观察二个不同药物组对患者血脂、体重、腹围的变化。结果:甲乙两组药物对血脂的影响无显著性差异,对体重、腹围的影响有显著性差异(P<0.05),甲组疗效明显高于乙组,说明鱼油降脂丸不仅有较好的降脂作用,而且还有一定的减肥作用。
