On May 28, 2007, seven farmers in a forest farm in Liujiang City of Liuzhou City showed symptoms of poisoning to varying degrees after consuming wild mushrooms. The epidemiological investigation, clinical analysis and identification of mushroom morphology, identified as eating brown scales ring handle mushroom caused food poisoning. The survey results are reported below. 1 Epidemiological survey At 6:00 on May 28, 2007, Hemou, a farmer in a forest farm in Liujiang County, collected wild mushrooms from the nearby mountains.
