加强对建筑工程监督与管理,对于保障建筑工程质量具有重要作用。因此,企业应重视加强对建筑工程监督与管理,根据建筑工程所具有的特点,做好关键施工环节与隐蔽工程的监督与管理,为施工质量、成本以及参建方质量提供重要保障,落实建筑工程监督与管理工作。为此,应强化对建筑工程的监督与管理,推动建筑监督与管理的顺利进行。本文主要研究隐蔽工程和关键施工节点。施工质量成本投入等方面的控制,希望为推动建筑工程监督管理工作质量提升提供重要参考与借鉴。
