例1,女,45岁,以“左侧乳腺单纯癌术后6年,左髋疼痛进行性加重1月余”为主诉入院,查体:一般状况好,浅表淋巴结不肿大,心肺未见异常,多处骨骼有程度不同的压痛,神经系统体检未见异常。全身骨骼ＥＣＴ示:胸锁关节、胸骨、肋骨、脊椎、骨盆、右骶髂关节、左胫骨、颅骨等多处骨转移
