从去年下半年起,河北省财政厅征得财政都会计事务管理司的同意,并报请省政府批准,对1979年底以前从事会计工作,经考核合格的81,132名会计人员颁发了《会计证》。对1980年以后从事会计工作的23,486名会计人员,也计划在近期内进行考试、考核,合格者发证。颁发《会计证》收到了良好的效果,主要表现在以下几方面: 一、摸清了会计队伍现状,加强了会计队伍的建设。通过颁发《会计证》,摸清了全省会计队伍的知识结构、年龄构成、行业分布等情况,为加强会计队
