患者柒××女学生住院号5768 右眼红痛,视物不清伴偏头痛3天。91年6月10日入院。3年前双眼视力均为1.5,无眼外伤史。全身检查无异常。右眼无光感,眼睑轻度红肿,眼球不突出。结膜混合充血,角膜呈雾状混浊,前房浅,Kp(—)。瞳孔圆、直径约4mm,对光反应消失。晶状体透明。视网膜呈漏斗状脱离。看不见视乳头。眼压71.03mmHg。左眼视力1.0,屈光间质清楚,视乳头充血,隆起+2D。视网
