大学英语是高等教育具有的基础课程,高校英语教师队伍是推进学科教学质量的主力军,组建结构合理、素质精良、富有创新精神的高校英语教师队伍是人力资源管理的重点。而当前由于在师资结构上、资源调配上都存在效率低下的问题,也是制约高校师资整体效能的关键。为此,本文将从新公共管理视角,借鉴国内外先进的人力资源管理理论和实践,从高校英语教师管理现状和问题中,着力从师资结构、科研能力,以及教育理念等方面给予深入分析,并提出有效的师资队伍优化策略和途径。
College English is the basic course of higher education. College English teachers are the main force to promote the quality of subject teaching. Setting up a college English teacher team with reasonable structure, excellent quality and innovative spirit is the key point of human resource management. At present, due to the inefficiency in the structure of teachers and the allocation of resources, it is also the key to restrict the overall effectiveness of university teachers.
