本文重点研究了激光的焊接性与金属性能之间的关系。通过激光功率密度和门限功率密度的研究表明,激光焊接反射率高的材料,所需的门限功率密度值高,深熔焊所需的能量密度范围窄。但从激光的相互作用和关系来看,其规律和趋势是一样的。
This article focuses on the relationship between laser weldability and metal properties. The study of laser power density and threshold power density shows that the laser with high reflectivity requires high threshold power density and a narrow energy density range for deep penetration welding. But from the laser interaction and the relationship between the law and the trend is the same.
