目的探讨孕妇妊娠37周后饮食干预对新生儿黄疸的影响。方法将2009-01-2009-12妊娠37周后的孕妇100例,将她们平均随机分为对照组和干预组,观察记录她们的新生儿的黄疸指数进行对比。结果干预组的新生儿黄疸指数低,黄疸消退快,而且母婴无不良反应,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠37周后的孕妇行饮食干预,其新生儿黄疸的发病率低,无不良反应,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of diet intervention on neonatal jaundice in pregnant women after 37 weeks gestation. Methods 100 pregnant women after 37 weeks of gestation from January 2009 to December 2009 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The jaundice index of newborns was recorded. Results The intervention group had a low neonatal jaundice index, rapid regression of jaundice, and no adverse reactions in both mother and child. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The intervention of pregnant women after 37 weeks of pregnancy has low incidence of neonatal jaundice and no adverse reactions and is worth promoting.
