卵巢癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,其死亡率在妇科恶性肿瘤占居首位,因70%的患者就诊时已属晚期,其预后极差。因此,卵巢癌的早期诊断和治疗尤为重要。胚胎致死异常视觉蛋白A(HuR)是一种RNA结合蛋白,能与腺嘌呤/尿嘧啶富集元件(ARE)相结合,ARE参与细胞的生长、分化及免疫应答。HuR在恶性肿瘤中高表达,其胞质HuR的表达与肿瘤的临床期别及患者的预后直接相关。众多研究提示,环氧合酶2(COX-2)可能成为一项独立的判断卵巢癌预后的分子及生化指标,而HuR的表达与COX-2蛋白表达增加呈正相关。
Ovarian cancer is a common gynecological malignancy, the mortality rate in gynecological malignancies occupy the first place, because 70% of patients are already treated late, the prognosis is poor. Therefore, the early diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer is particularly important. Abnormal fetal lethal vision Protein A (HuR) is an RNA-binding protein that binds to adenine / uracil-rich elements (AREs), which are involved in cell growth, differentiation and immune responses. HuR is highly expressed in malignant tumors, and the expression of HuR in its cytoplasm is directly related to the clinical stage of the tumor and the prognosis of the patients. Numerous studies suggest that cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) may be an independent molecular and biochemical indicator of ovarian cancer prognosis, while the expression of HuR is positively correlated with the increase of COX-2 protein expression.
