护士在工作中如果疏于防护,就会受到职业危害损伤。因此,做好职业防护教育工作应从护生开始做起,首先要从护理实验室开始。现在,护理教材中还没有提及职业危害以及职业防护,有的护理教材中甚至缺失被锐器刺伤后的保护措施。学校教育是护生能否养成职业防护习惯和行为的非常关键的一个时期。如果不加强对护生职业危害因素与职业防护教育,提高护生的安全意识和自我保护能力,护生就会受到职业损伤,不能合理的控制院内感染事件的发生。
Nurses in the work if neglect protection, will be damaged by occupational hazards. Therefore, doing a good job in occupational protection education should start from the nursing students, starting from the nursing laboratory. Now, nursing textbooks have not mentioned occupational hazards and occupational protection, and some nursing textbooks or even lack of protection after sharps stab wounds. School education is a very crucial period for nursing students to develop occupational protection habits and behaviors. If we do not strengthen occupational hazards to nursing students and occupational protection and education, and improve nursing students’ safety awareness and self-protection ability, nursing students will suffer occupational injuries and can not reasonably control the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
