口外眦裂即 Khoo 氏的口眶裂Ⅱ型或 Tessier 氏的5号面裂,是一种极为少见的面斜裂。我科于1987年9月收治口外眦裂合并其它多发性面裂及上肢发育畸形患者1例。患者张某某,女,14岁。检查:左眶下区低平稍内陷。左下睑中外1/3交界处有一沟裂,使下睑缘呈 V形。由该下睑沟裂起向下稍外至口角平面,皮肤内陷呈一浅沟(图1)。其深面之骨质可触及一裂隙。此骨性裂之上端即眶下缘之骨质亦呈 V 形缺损。(?)间牙槽
Occlusal kyphosis that is Khoo's orbital fissure Ⅱ or Tessier's No. 5 fissure, is an extremely rare facial fissure. In September 1987, our department treated one patient with cleft lip combined with other multiple facial cleft and upper limb malformations. Zhang Moumou patients, female, 14 years old. Check: left infraorbital area slightly flat invagination. The left lower eyelid at the junction of a foreign crack, so that the lower eyelid was V-shaped. From the lower eyelid crack down slightly to the mouth plane, the skin showed a shallow groove (Figure 1). The deep bone can reach a crack.
