作者对里顿大学医学中心血液科收治的21例再障患者进行血清抑制因子研究。将患者血清与正常骨髓细胞一起孵育,按Iscove法测定粒-巨噬祖细胞(CFU-C)。 21例中有5例(24%)的血清使正常骨髓CFU-C受抑制。此5份血清与另1份正常骨髓孵育时,有4份也呈抑制现象。其中2例有强烈抑制作用(10%),另2例为轻度抑制。具有强烈抑制作用的两例呈补体依赖型,根据血小板可将血清中HLA抗体清除的原理,对此2例血清用血小板吸收,其中1例可用血小板除掉补体依赖型
The authors performed a serum inhibitor study of 21 patients with aplastic anemia admitted to the Department of Hematology, University of Dayton Medical Center. Patient sera were incubated with normal bone marrow cells and granulocyte macrophage progenitor cells (CFU-C) were assayed by the Iscove method. Serum from 5 of 21 (21%) inhibited normal bone marrow CFU-C. Four of these five sera were also inhibited when incubated with another one normal bone marrow. Two of them had a strong inhibitory effect (10%), the other two were mild inhibition. Two cases with strong inhibitory effect were complement-dependent. According to the principle that platelets could clear the serum HLA antibodies, two cases of platelet absorption were used in serum, and one case could be treated with platelet to eliminate complement-dependent
