在经射频治疗的前列腺增生症(BPH)464例中,选取因尿道出血或疗效不佳而行前列腺切除术10例的前列腺组织进行病理形态学观察。结果表明,治疗后主要表现为靠近尿道的前列腺间质因局部受热及电磁场的作用,发生毛细血管扩张、充血以致出血,小血管壁增厚或闭塞。间质基质水肿、变性及坏死。平滑肌减少及断裂。腺体萎瘪、减少。时间较长也可见纤维组织增生。
Among the 464 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) treated by radiofrequency, the pathological changes of prostate tissue were observed in 10 cases of prostate cancer due to urethral hemorrhage or poor curative effect. The results showed that after treatment, the main performance of the prostate gland close to the urethra due to local heating and the role of electromagnetic fields, the occurrence of telangiectasia, congestion and bleeding, small blood vessel wall thickening or occlusion. Interstitial matrix edema, degeneration and necrosis. Smooth muscle reduction and fracture. Gland deflated, reduced. Longer time also shows fibrous tissue hyperplasia.
