低价策略是国美的立命之本,也是其受到消费者青睐的重要原因,但是国美的低价主要来自于对上游厂商的压榨,长此以往将弱化上游生产厂商的整体盈利能力,加速了家电产业危机。所以低价并不是国美的可持续竞争优势,在服务与物流等方面下工夫才是国美等大型零售企业培育可持续竞争优势的关键所在。
