将数字电话技术与程控交换技术相结合,构成了小容量区域数字电话交换网。语言处理采用32kb/s CVSD,用户进网采用按键脉冲拨号,数字传输,数字交换。交换机采用时分交挨方式,不用布线控制逻辑,而采用Z-80微型机来实现程控交换。目前已做成32门四线程控交换,可供建立有线区域数字电话网。亦能与无线通信相配合,形成有线一无线网,可用于海陆之间的联网通信。由于采用程控方式,系统便于扩充,便于增加新的业务。若有需要,还可构成保密通信网。
