Job burnout has become a common occupational psychology problem among employees in the world and seriously affects the normal life and work performance of individuals. Miners in the long-term high job requirements, low work resources, low social support situation, the work resources and job requirements is difficult to match the individual working attitude can not be adjusted in time, prone to physical and mental fatigue, leading to job burnout. Miners burnout led to the negligence of safe operating procedures and production errors, is an important factor in a variety of man-made accidents [1-5].
