从湖南到湖北,从贵州到安徽。在2008年春运的高峰时节,50年不遇的罕见雨雪冻害袭击着我国南方各省市。交通中断、电力中断!车辆滞留、旅客滞留!煤电告急、通信告急!这场严重低温、雨雪冰冻灾害,持续时间之长,影响范围之广,危害程度之深,史所罕见。给我国南方各省市的交通、电力、通信及百姓日常生活带来严重影响。但是,历经磨难的华夏儿女,再一次以气吞山河的英雄气概,不屈不挠,顽强拼搏,取得了抗击雨雪冰冻灾害的重大阶段性胜利。在这场罕见的冰雪灾害中,总有一些画面震撼人心,总有一些画面让人难以忘怀。在冻灾终于结束的时候,在春暖花开的春天,我们蓦然回首,透过茫茫白雪和严寒所看到的正是中华民族一脉相承的优良传统和新的时代精神所迸发出的绚丽夺目的光彩。
