湘西地区中小学民族传统体育课程资源开发现状与分析

文章主要采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等科研方法,对湘西地区中小学民族传统体育课程开发现状进行问题分析。结果表明:已经有部分学校开设了民族传统体育课程,但由于多种原因湘西少数民族地区各学校开设民族传统体育项目不均衡;而本地区的地方特色民族传统体育项目开设较少。其主要原因有:(1)思想观念没有完全转变;(2)教师课程资源开发能力欠缺;(3)管理制度不健全;(4)缺乏课程开发的文化支持。要改变这一现状必须做到加强对体育教师应加强民族传统体育课程开发的培训;教育部门和学校应该加大对体育器材、场地等的投入;体育教师要更新观念,转化角色,勇于创新;加强与高校及科研部门的合作与交流。学校开展少数民族传统体育教学,为全国及省市少数民族传统体育运动会培养、输送人才;学校领导应给与民族传统体育课程资源开发、研究教师大力支持;各地政府和旅游部门联合开展少数民族体育旅游,促进该区少数民族体育的挖掘、整理和研究。 The article mainly adopts the scientific research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to analyze the current situation of the development of traditional ethnic physical education in primary and secondary schools in western Hunan. The results show that some traditional physical education courses have been set up in some schools, but the ethnic traditional sports are not balanced in schools in minority areas in western Hunan for a variety of reasons. However, there are fewer ethnic traditional sports in the region. The main reasons are as follows: (1) There is no complete change in the concept of ideas; (2) teachers lack the ability to develop curriculum resources; (3) the management system is not perfect; (4) lack of cultural support for curriculum development. In order to change this situation, it is necessary to strengthen the training of physical education teachers in strengthening the development of national traditional physical education curriculum. Educational departments and schools should increase investment in sports equipment and venues. Physical education teachers should update their concepts, change their roles and innovate. Strengthen cooperation and exchange with universities and research departments. Schools to carry out traditional sports teaching of ethnic minorities, for the national and provincial minority traditional sports training and transportation personnel; school leaders should give the national traditional sports curriculum resources development, research teachers strongly support; local governments and tourism departments to jointly carry out the sports of minority nationalities Tourism, promote the area of ​​minority sports excavation, sorting and research.
